I have experience in building, revising, and migrating SME DTC, B2C, and B2B shops. My focus is on B2B Shopify shops.

I am characterized by a pragmatic approach, which is formed through direct communication and results-oriented work.

Here's a small insight into what working with me looks like:

1. Non-binding video call. We agree on a date together and talk about current projects, potential pain points, planned adjustments, and see if and in which areas we are a good fit for each other.

If there are already very specific requirements, the second step can be skipped.

2. Small collaboration (<4 hours) to learn what communication works best for you. Is it important to you to document every step precisely so that you have full control? Or would you prefer to just know that your problem is solved and you have to invest as little time as possible?

3. Discuss results and agree on the manner of future collaboration.
