I began my professional career in the energy industry and was involved in building a new business area in electromobility for several years. It quickly became clear to me: The biggest challenges are rarely technical in nature – they arise between people.

Unclear communication, unspoken tensions, and a lack of genuine dialogue ultimately led to the failure of a promising project. This experience fundamentally changed my perspective.

Because interpersonal relationships have always been my strength: People come to me when they are stuck. Not because I have the one right answer – but because I create a space where clarity can emerge. A space without blame, but with structure, honest reflection, and new perspectives.

My analytical, calm nature helps to make situations tangible and to look at things from a different angle. Managers have valued my advice – even when it was uncomfortable. And in retrospect, it has often become clear that precisely these perspectives would have been crucial.

At some point, I myself failed due to a system that didn't want to listen. Warning signs were ignored, genuine dialogue did not take place. Yet, precisely this dialogue could have changed many things.

Today, this is my driving force: I support people and teams in getting back into conversation with each other. Moving away from rigid patterns towards genuine understanding. Because I am convinced – conflicts do not have to escalate. When we are willing to truly listen to each other, something valuable emerges from it.

And that is exactly what I create space for.
