With my project and change management expertise, I help you bring your IT projects to success by focusing not only on the project itself but also on the people who have to deal with the resulting changes. Because projects are only successful when all stakeholders pull together and resistance is identified and resolved early on.
I have been working as a consultant in project, change, and service management since 2000 and support you, for example, as a Change Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Interim Manager.
Change Management, AgilePM, Scrum, PRINCE2, and ITIL are the management methods I use in my work. Many years of practical experience in IT help me to competently manage and support IT projects.
As a certified and internationally accredited trainer for Change Management, AgilePM, PRINCE2, and ITIL, I can also support you in building knowledge.
