I supported the Havas and Vivendi Africa teams in the design and realization of their web ecosystem (Corporate, Brand, and E-commerce sites) for Vivendi's telecom offering in 5 African countries.

My daily tasks:

- Client/agency interface

- Project backlog organization & prioritization with the client

- Creation and deployment of project ceremonies/rituals (weekly, review, steering committees)

- Creation and deployment of a governance model

- Documentation and maintenance of a Single Source of Truth.

Senior Digital Producer at Rosapark for their client Skoda on 3 digital projects: Car Configurator, Financing, Facelift (redesign).

Reinforcement of the production teams at Rosapark for the Skoda account.

- Interface between the Skoda Business Unit at Rosapark, the Skoda client team, and the Design teams at Le Singe and production teams at Ekino.
