After 10 years in Audit at a Big Four firm and in an international M&A investment bank, my various experiences have led me to participate in statutory and contractual audits of SMEs, mid-cap companies, and large groups, and to successfully execute numerous mandates for divestitures, acquisitions, and fundraising.

In parallel with my M&A activities, I also offer support to Start-ups, VSEs, and SMEs through regular Advisory Boards to assist them in their growth phases.

Rigor and attention to detail have always been essential qualities in my work. I have managed teams and supervised the production of documents such as summary notes, information memorandums, and financial modeling.

Thus, I am recognized for my ability to quickly grasp issues, integrate effectively into teams, and work under tight deadlines.

Eager for knowledge, I feed on my encounters and experiences alongside business leaders, which has led me to create my own Podcast, Destination Croissance, to highlight inspiring profiles.
