I just finished a successful 9-month turnaround mission for a SME in the CHEVAL group (based in Alixan, 26) as general manager of the entity. A restructuring mission for a demolition, deconstruction, and asbestos removal company facing governance, management, economic, and regulatory crisis. The new leader took office in a company that is returning to profitability, with a renewed team and a clear strategy/governance.

I finished at the end of March 2025 a 2nd year-long transition management mission within a heavy chemical plant (SEVESO high threshold). Leading the most complex division of the chemical platform, the restructuring mission concludes with the liquidation of the company Vencorex. Accompanying employees of a failing company to the end is also the duty of the transition manager.

My first mission in 2023-2024 took place in a context of strong social tension and a degraded economic situation. A strong commitment for concrete and profitable results at the head of a team of 80 people in the midst of a storm.

After a year of searching for a company to acquire in 2022-2023, I wanted to take a break from my search. The development of my network and skills during this very rich year led me to believe that I would be useful to an industrial company in the Rhône-Alpes region during a difficult transition. I was right, transition management is an incredible adventure!
