Joined as Tech Lead on the TWIST project (formerly TDNG), a critical system for managing technical documentation for H160/H135 helicopters. This platform centralizes regulatory aeronautical documentation, essential for aircraft certification and maintenance.

The project involves demanding constraints: strict aeronautical standards, full traceability, performance on large document volumes, and integration with the Airbus ecosystem.

Architecture and Quality:Implementation of Clean Architecture and Hexagonal Architecture. Spring Boot migration, implementation of JUnit unit tests with TDD approach.

Performance and Reliability:Optimization of processes and code quality.

Technical Leadership:Diagnosis of friction points (high WIP, slow reviews, inefficient refinements) and proposal of concrete solutions. Coaching the team on best practices.

Stack:Java/Spring Boot, Angular, microservices, SOLID, TDD, CI/CD.

My contribution goes beyond development: systemic view of problems, identification of organizational and technical bottlenecks, and proposals for measurable improvements.

In this context, I contributed to the design and implementation of a JavaFX application for Windows tablets, intended for use in military helicopters.

We were organized into teams by profession (Developers, Ergonomists, Testers, Specifications)

My team consisted of:
