Obtaining and maintaining Qualiopi certification (2021, surveillance audit 2023) with the implementation of procedures and tools to ensure compliance: BPF monitoring, pathway traceability, indicator analysis, continuous optimization of internal processes. Organization, planning, and management of training sessions (SST, risk prevention, posture, extinguisher handling), certification and renewal management. Administration: invoicing, satisfaction questionnaires, attendance sheet management, automation, and quality control. Process digitalization: digital transformation, automation, collaborative tools, dematerialized document management. Support for teams and learners, change management, and optimization of business practices.

Management of emergency interventions and resolution of complex situations in a team, with a methodical approach and a keen sense of organization.
