Digital Web and App Expert Consultant, I focus mainly on improving user experience and interface design.

This has allowed me to gain solid experience and tackle projects of any scale. It has also given me strong skills in adapting to a company's operations, where I can be part of a diverse team, but also work independently and make decisions.

Ideally, I work in iterative cycles (design thinking):

- Observation / analysis with immersion, interviews, user testing. Collection of complementary data with available quantitative data. Listing with the project team what works and what doesn't.

- Problem definition using all this data and presentation through personas, experience maps, user journeys, empathy maps.

- Research and ideation phase, then selection of an improvement path.

- In-depth prototyping of the user journey.

- Prototype testing phase.

- Iteration!

Some tools and methods I use: Figma, Zeroheight, Jira, Adobe Xd, Adobe Analytics (notion), ABtests, Agile Kanban & Scrum Methods.

Skilled in UI, I am comfortable with creating design systems, UI Kits, prototyping, and brand identity.

I am also attracted to new technologies like augmented reality associated with phygital, virtual reality, 3D printing as a useful service, and curious about AI and deep learning.
