Attitude for agile teams and leaders

I am a computer scientist with a degree and have been working as a freelancer since 2002. In recent years, I have shifted my focus from project management to coaching agile ways of working. I have worked as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master for several large companies in various industries. Please refer to my attached CV for project details.

In these projects, I introduced and implemented agile approaches, including the necessary organizational changes that required scaling. I have worked in scaled agile projects according to SAFe or similar frameworks.

Over time, I became increasingly aware of the importance of the agile mindset as a prerequisite for successful transformation towards agility. Therefore, in my projects, I place a strong emphasis on developing a healthy agile mindset.

Brief Description

Agile working is an attitude more than a set of methods and frameworks. Internalizing and embodying agile values is at the core of agile coaching. This attitude is equally important for teams and leaders.

Content

Agile values are conveyed, deepened, and practiced in workshops and, as needed, in individual coaching sessions. In group workshops, agile values are interactively introduced to teams through playful exercises. Feedback and retrospectives reinforce and deepen the learned content.

Target Groups

Teams that are in or are yet to undergo agile transformation. Leaders, group or team leaders who want to introduce or have already introduced agile methods.
