About Michaël

Doctorate in management sciences (human and social sciences) from Mines ParisTech, I am an associate researcher at the EVS laboratory (Environment City Society, UMR 5600 CNRS), a consultant, and a teacher. My research focuses on the functioning of the French nuclear safety control and expertise system, the history of nuclear energy and incidents/accidents, and the development of regulations in this field. I teach risk-related issues at the University of Lyon 3 and within the Nuclear Engineering department of the National Institute for Nuclear Science and Technology (INSTN). My scientific contributions include articles regularly published in academic and popular science journals. Furthermore, I contribute my expertise to public debates (CNDP) and elected officials, particularly in the context of drafting bills.

As a consultant, I am open to collaborations and consulting assignments in my areas of expertise.
