Since 2016, I've been involved in project management, industrial methods, and operational improvement: methods technician in aeronautical manufacturing through work-study, project management for Liebherr Aerospace, head of the working party sector at Sonovision Ortec Group. Environments where deadlines and quality are non-negotiable, and that shapes a certain way of working.

I work with industrial SMEs because that's where I bring real value: structures that have the organizational challenges of a large company, without the internal resources to manage them.

Short, targeted missions. I come with a specific objective, I work on the concrete problem, I deliver something usable.

Remotely or with occasional travel depending on the mission.

What I do concretely:

- Operational audit and on-site diagnosis (2 to 3 days)

- Complete overhaul or structuring of project management

- Process improvement and reduction of wasted time (Lean, industrial methods)

- Performance monitoring - simple indicators, usable dashboards

- Support on projects in difficulty or at the start-up phase
