General Manager in place and independent consultant, I work with SMEs and mid-cap companies on transition, restructuring, or development missions — where someone is needed who understands operations, teams, and strategic issues.

My profile is resolutely cross-functional: operational general management, HR and social relations management, legal and contractual management, business development, market intelligence and tender response, communication. I am not an office-based consultant; I go to the workshops, I talk to the teams, I learn my clients' businesses to intervene effectively.

For nearly 7 years within a French industrial group (POS, signage, fitting out, fine sheet metal work — luxury, retail, aerospace, automotive, mass distribution sectors), I have exercised 360° general management in a demanding, multi-entity, and constantly transforming environment.

Before that: Legal Director in an international group (AccorHotels), Legal Analyst at Linklaters on sensitive European and US antitrust cases.
