As an HRIS Project Manager specializing in the implementation of an intranet on SharePoint, my mission is to maximize the efficiency of business processes within Crédit Agricole's regional banks by fully leveraging the advanced features of this platform.

- **Analysis of Business and Technical Needs**: Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to identify and define needs, and translate these requirements into customized SharePoint functionalities.

**- Advanced Document Management**: Configure and organize SharePoint document libraries to centralize and secure data. Implement metadata, custom columns, and retention policies to optimize indexing, search, and management of sensitive files.

- **Team and Communication Sites**: Create and configure team sites to foster collaboration, information sharing, and project management. Configure communication sites to disseminate important information across the regional banks, such as news, announcements, or company events, while providing a user-friendly interface.

I leverage SharePoint's advanced features, such asweb parts(quick links, news, document library, events, list, image gallery, tasks, Viva Engage, integration, etc.), to create dynamic and collaborative workspaces, while providing a user-friendly interface.

- **Permissions and Security Management**: Implement strict governance to ensure data confidentiality. Configure specific permission levels by role or department (reader, contributor, administrator, approver) to ensure that only authorized individuals can access, modify, or approve documents.

Main activities include:

- Configuration of the SAP Workzone solution

- Documentation updates

- Supporting the business in defining and expressing their needs,

- User assistance

- Reporting and tracking incidents with the publisher (SAP)

- Monitoring and acceptance of the product roadmap

Key deliverables include:

- Work planning over time and ongoing monitoring of this plan

- Technical issue analysis report when necessary

- Monitoring of action plans to secure the project trajectory

- Ongoing documentation: Meeting minutes & agendas, workbooks, configuration files

- Test/acceptance management and associated documentation

- Evolutions of regional bank models
