Supported the CEO and CEO Board, Senior Executives, in setting a clear and strategic change management strategy for Erste 2030 Coordinated Erste 2030's change management strategy for managing the people side of the change initiative in line with stakeholder needs and cultural principles Conducted Stakeholder Analysis - Identifying key stakeholders (individuals and groups) who played a key role in the commitment to Erste 2030's transformation. Developed and implemented change management methodologies and strategic steering in cooperation with the steering group and sponsors

• Working closely with the Director of Communications, I led the strategic direction, conceptualisation, and campaign planning of what is now, the largest IT company in CEE. A big part of this was the central role in the Digital Banking division, where I led the communication requirements for the scaling of the George team, including employer branding, recruitment strategy, and content delivery.

Developed, activated and managed all aspects of internal communications for key stakeholders across IT, digitalisation, and contemporary ways of working programs. Responsible for development of EVP strategy and positioning for the company, directing Social Media strategy and campaign planning for both internal & external communications Initiated several thought leadership programs from senior executives through to development teams and specialist expert groups. Content creation for all channels internal and external - video and podcast production & editing, intranet & sharepoint platforms design and construction.
