Following successful exits and turnarounds in multinational manufacturing, I established Insight Financial to provide hands-on financial leadership to European companies that need senior expertise without full-time overhead. Specializing in manufacturing and industrial companies (€10M-€100M revenue) facing cash constraints, succession planning, or preparing for first institutional investment. Current Focus Areas Include:

• Implementing cash management systems and 26-week forecasting for companies in operational stress

• Preparing family-owned businesses for professional investment through financial infrastructure upgrades

• Managing bank relationships and covenant negotiations during challenging periods

• Simplifying complex international structures to reduce costs and improve cash flow

• Establishing management reporting and KPIs for companies outgrowing basic accounting

In my role at Aludium, I transformed the corporate finance department, overseeing shareholder interests, people management, and culture development. I provided executive leadership across a team of 11 with 3 direct reports in the areas of corporate finance, treasury, AP and hedging. Selected Highlights Include:

• Co-led PE exit (in 2022–2023) alongside CEO and CFO, managing financial & tax due diligence and securing 3.5X shareholder return

• Navigated $45mm debt exposure during market downturn through risk mitigation strategies, culminating in a refinancing with improved terms, saving €2.5mm annually, and executed treasury initiative generating €33mm in additional liquidity

• Built performance-driven, people-first culture that challenged norms while prioritizing work-life balance and career growth across international teams during periods of significant change

• Drove €3.7mm in cost savings across audit, tax, legal, insurance, and T&E through continuous improvement initiatives and headcount reductions

• Led 2024 legal corporate structure simplification, executing cross-border merger to eliminate all Dutch entities into single Spanish entity, saving €0.5mm annually

• Integrated legacy IT accounting systems into IFS, creating reporting efficiencies

• Manage liquidity forecasting and daily cash management to optimize cost of capital while maintaining adequate liquidity

• Lead annual IFRS audits and preparation of statutory accounts under Spanish, Dutch, and French GAAPs

• Oversee tax compliance and filings across all entities, including permanent establishments in UK, Austria, Italy, and Germany

• Manage credit insurance program with zero material AR losses or write-offs over past 5 years

In my role at Finch Paper (an Atlas Holdings platform company), I collaborated closely with the CEO and CFO to drive corporate development initiatives, including acquisitions and strategic financial planning initiatives. I played a pivotal role in the successful sale of the Saratoga County landfill and was integral to the due diligence process for a significant acquisition attempt. My responsibilities also included leading ROI analyses and preparing financial projections for stakeholders. Selected Highlights Include:

• Co-led successful sale of the Saratoga County landfill to Waste Management, ending in one of Atlas Holdings most lucrative exit multiples at that time

• Led ROI analysis and supported supplier negotiations on Phase II wood-yard modernization

• Supported CEO and CFO in various financial ad-hoc FP&A analysis such as revamping sales bonus program

• Led preparation of annual budget, financial projections, analysis for lenders, etc. working with accounting team

• Prepared quarterly Board of Director meeting and other shareholder communications for the private equity sponsor, Atlas Holdings
