Michael Guez

Famirelay is a mobile application dedicated to coordinating family caregivers. It helps loved ones who support an elderly or dependent person to organize themselves, share information, and distribute tasks, without getting exhausted. Winner of the Handitech Trophy and cited in Le Figaro, the solution was born from a field need and is built in direct contact with caregivers and healthcare professionals.

As co-founder, I design and develop a large part of the ecosystem myself: mobile application, business dashboards, administration back offices, internal tools, and automations. I manage everything from product strategy to code, including UX and technical architecture. This daily practice feeds a very concrete approach: starting from real usage, identifying pain points, and delivering fluid tools that are truly adopted by their users.

Beyond my own projects, I assist companies in the design and development of their digital solutions.

I act as a product and technical partner, capable of taking a still-vague business need and transforming it into a concrete, fluid, and truly adopted tool.

My approach always starts from the field. I analyze real usage, identify friction points, and simplify complex processes before writing a single line of code. I am equally adept at framing a project upstream, defining specifications and user journeys, as I am at designing, developing, and coding it end-to-end.

Mobile applications, business dashboards, back offices, automation, or redesigning existing tools, I adapt my intervention to the needs and business of each client. The objective remains the same: quickly deliver adapted, easy-to-use solutions that are truly used by teams.
