Activities as Test Manager / Test Coordinator:

- Steering and coordination of the IAC Test Team (Internal Acceptance Test), which is responsible for test execution (team of 15-20 testers)

In the role of Test Manager, I was responsible for all test activities in the annually re-established projects for the annual tax documents 2009 – 2018 and for the annual production of the annual tax documents (2011 – 2018).

Main activities for the project

- Planning and control of all test activities with a team of 2-3 testers

- Creation of test concepts for system, integration, and acceptance tests, including coordination with providers and clients

- Creation of the test specification (mainly used test case design techniques: equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, use case-based tests, intuitive test case determination, exploratory testing)

- Creation and review of test cases

- Execution and documentation of tests for functional requirements, bug retest, performance tests, regression tests

- Responsible for regression testing activities, including expansion as needed

- Execution of the test acceptance process for documentation of test completion

- Creation of regular status reports on quality and test progress

- Main contact person for providers and clients on test issues for the project

- Responsible for test environments

- Responsible for the bug process

- Moderation/leadership of test jourfixes, team/project meetings

- Review of requirement documents

- Creation of requirement documents (Business Requirements Documentation, Functional Specification Documentation)

Main activities for the "Production" department

- Planning, control, and execution of test cycles to prepare for acceptance by clients and release for the dress rehearsal

- Detailed planning of the dress rehearsal and production for the creation of annual tax documents and coordination with providers and clients

- Tracking of production planning for the creation of annual tax documents

- Management and execution of acceptance tests with clients in the Abgeltungssteuer (withholding tax) project (2009 – 2010)

- Creation of management reporting on test status for the Reporting program (QI, Fatca, CRS, FKB, FSAK, Gift) (2014 – 2018)
