I'm currently open to new opportunities - on-site in Southeast Asia, or remote for companies based in Europe. This includes full-time roles, interim assignments, and project-based work. I've lived and worked across both regions, and that experience shapes how I work: I adapt quickly, operate comfortably across cultures and time zones, and tend to be most useful in situations where the path forward isn't fully defined yet.

Over the years, I've worked across logistics, supply chain, FMCG, and intelligence services - often in roles where the brief was broad and the structure was mine to define. That might mean selecting and rolling out an ATS for a 3,000-person global organisation, rebuilding a costing model that exposed a 35% margin gap no one could previously explain, or leading change communications across 14 countries during a business transformation. The common thread is taking something complex and making it workable - for the business, and for the people inside it.

I'm equally comfortable advising senior leadership and rolling up my sleeves in the detail. I've led sales teams, managed enterprise customer implementations, and built functions from scratch. Assessments have placed my analytical and learning agility in the top 1% - which in practice means I get up to speed quickly and tend to find the signal in complex data faster than most.

I work well independently, integrate quickly, and am most useful to organisations navigating change, growth, or operational complexity.
