I am Michaël CONROUX, founder of 2MC. For 16 years, I have been supporting organizations in the development of their corporate culture by improving their management system and leadership. As a Lead Auditor for Bureau Veritas and Certinormes, I have acquired solid expertise that I use to train, coach, and lead projects.

My experience covers various sectors such as industry, laboratories, R&D, and construction. I have also held positions as site manager and facility manager, both locally and internationally. Thanks to this diversity of experience, I bring a global perspective and an ability to adapt to different professional environments.
