Within Orange's training department, I participate in the creation of educational and corporate content in various formats (video, podcast, motion design), with a creative and structured approach. – Creation of videos and podcasts from synopses provided by training engineers – Participation in filming and post-production in an equipped internal studio (PTZ cameras, iMac, iPhone 13 Pro, Adobe Suite...) – Conception of content identity (pace, style, tone) by proposing innovative and relevant solutions – Collaboration with experts to transform internal modules into dynamic formats, inspired by series codes – Autonomous or paired project management, with attention to aesthetics, accessibility, and visual impact – Welcoming and supporting filmed speakers, with personalized advice and building confidence

Key tasks: – Creation and editing of thematic videos (interviews, masterclasses, conferences) for YouTube and internal platforms – Development of e-mailing templates consistent with visual identity and conversion goals – YouTube channel optimization: titling, SEO, thumbnails, playlists, scheduling

Skills used: content strategy, digital marketing, educational video, brand content, mastery of Adobe tools and CMS.

Tasks performed:

• Capture and post-production of live sessions for broadcast on the Playzer platform

• Filming and multi-camera setup on set

• Editing on Premiere Pro, managing rushes, pacing, transitions, and color correction

• Close collaboration with artists and label teams to create content faithful to their visual universe

• Production of short formats for social media (teasers, music excerpts, promotional videos)
