Currently, I work as a health insurance broker. My main role is to retain our client portfolio by assisting them in optimizing their health coverage: I advise them and, if necessary, offer them a plan better suited to their current needs, while ensuring their complete satisfaction.

As a customer advisor for a mobile operator, I was responsible for managing complaints, explaining bills to customers, as well as creating and tracking tickets to ensure efficient handling of requests.
