• Assists HR, IT departments, and software vendors in scoping, structuring, and successfully delivering high-stakes HRIS projects - from needs assessment to post-production stabilization.

*Consulting & Scoping:Assists multi-country groups with their HRIS strategy - defining needs, structuring into functional modules, vendor evaluation matrices, and business cases.*On-site AMOA:Produces key deliverables: scoping notes, functional specifications, RACI matrices, acceptance test plans, user guides, and training materials.*Governance:Coordinates clients, vendors, integrators, and technical teams to secure commitments and prevent scope creep.*Compliance:Proficient in Moroccan regulatory framework (Labor Code, CNSS/DAMANCOM, Law 09-08) and specific HR, payroll, and social aspects of French-speaking African environments.

*Portfolio Management:Manages multiple HRIS projects concurrently, coordinating business teams, consultants, developers, support, and clients within deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.*Functional Scoping:Gathers, analyzes, and challenges HR department needs to transform them into specifications, business rules, and actionable acceptance criteria.*Technical & Data:Ensures the functional-technical link: SQL, data migration, reporting, interfaces, payroll consistency checks.*Adoption:Implements adoption strategies (training, guides, FAQs) to facilitate rapid user adoption by key users and payroll managers.

*Implementation:Configures HRIS modules (administrative management, payroll, training, performance management, evaluation, occupational health, compensation) according to client HR processes.*Reporting:Designs HR/payroll reports (Crystal Reports, SSRS) for monitoring, control, and steering needs.*Support:Trains users and provides functional assistance during the initial phase.
