- Management of technical, financial, HR, and administrative departments within subsidiaries,

- International development (prospecting and identifying new markets),

- Definition of international development strategy and its implementation,

- Conducting detailed market and opportunity analyses,

- Preparation of technical and commercial proposals, follow-up, and negotiation of offers,

- Development of annual action plans consistent with the strategy and set objectives,
