• Legal restructuring and integration of new entities (e.g., MFEX integration into a Belgian credit institution, cross-border projects);

• Regulatory compliance (EBA guidelines on outsourcing, European directives such as DGSD, prudential authority requirements);

• Optimization and transformation of finance functions (closing processes, internal control, reporting, organization of finance departments);

• Definition and updating of policies, procedures, outsourcing frameworks, exit frameworks, and governance schemes

My typical deliverables include: business cases and impact analyses, recommendation memos for management, detailed project plans, process mapping and optimization, risk and control matrices, reports for committees (Risk Committee, Management Committee, Board), and governance documentation.
