–Resolution of critical N2/N3 incidents with downtime reduction. –Automation of infrastructure deployment and configuration (Ansible, Git). –Maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of critical infrastructures. –HLD / LLD documentation and infrastructure audit. of a Multi-site (production and backup) –Deployment of a vSAN Cluster. –Installation and configuration of VxRail nodes with VMware vSphere (ESXi 8.0.2, vCenter, HA). –Configuration of Fibre Channel SAN zoning on Dell Connectrix switches ((alias WWN, zones, zoneset). –Migration of existing virtual machines from the Hyper-V environment to the new VMware platform using VMware Converter and Veeam Quick Migration. –Implementation of a 3-2-1 backup strategy with Veeam Backup and Replication to Dell Data Domain DD6400 (DDBoost) with archiving on Dell ML3 backup robot. –Implementation of replication to the backup site via Dell Recovery Point for VMs. –Configuration of monitoring, alerting, and NTP/DNS synchronization.

• •Project: Design and deployment of a multi-site Infrastructure Mali / Ivory Coast –Installation of Dell PowerEdge servers (R750xs, R660xs) with VMware vSphere ESXi (7.0 U3 / 8.0 U3) –Setup of HA clusters and configuration of virtual networks (vSwitch, VLANs, vMotion). –Installation and configuration of storage arrays (Dell ME5024, QNAP), including LUN management, iSCSI mapping, and storage performance optimization. –Deployment of Microsoft infrastructure services (Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, replication) and management of access/resources on file servers (creation of shares, access rights, and user quotas). –Implementation of a backup and inter-site replication strategy via Veeam Backup and Replication, with the implementation of offline and secure archiving on Dell PowerVault TL1000.

–Participate in user support and resolution of technical incidents via GLPI. –Administer and maintain servers (Windows, Ubuntu). –Management of user access policies in a multi-site Windows Active Directory environment. –Support for virtualized environments including VMware (versions 5.5 and 6.7), Hyper-V, and Proxmox. –Implement or take over backups with regular restoration tests (3-2-1 strategy). –Supervise the IT infrastructure using tools such as Graylog, Nagios, Zabbix.
