I successively supported the Digital, Webdirect, and PTC teams on the following aspects:

- Evaluation of their maturity as agile teams
- Development of a support system (action backlog) aimed at:
o Aligning them on a common definition of agility (training, mentoring)
o Helping them better understand all dimensions of their roles to better embody them

As part of the transformation of studies, I designed and led a team building seminar after the lockdown to create connections between employees and lead them to develop their target vision of the service. The service included:
