An AGA (Assistant Application Manager) supervises and maintains applications managed by AMs in production and non-production environments. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, incident management, and performing updates to ensure application availability and reliability. Main tasks: Production Deployment (MEP): Monitoring technical installation procedures every 3 weeks and piloting future application versions, with preparation for the qualification and MEP phases. Qualification Refreshments: Also performed every 3 weeks. SFD Assistance: Support on tools like PLAASMA, PAAS, WEBSSO, as well as various web services. Audits: Performing checks on software obsolescence and security vulnerabilities. DENEB Refreshment: Carried out 2 to 3 times a year, in collaboration with SIMM to maintain the End-to-End environment. Various Requests: Responding to requests from EDF Verona MCO regarding external services. Steering Committees: Participating in troubleshooting and supporting the development of Verona operating rules, with updates to the operating file and CESAR and SIPEDIA repositories. Annual PCA Tests: Supporting the implementation and development of indicators and reporting. Meetings: Engaging in various monitoring and coordination meetings, including Daily and Big Data Operations Meetings. Technical Environment: Using Windows 10, Oracle, JIRA/Confluence, and ServiceNOW to interact with the EDF Verona application, a data lake for the DSI Commerce individual customer market.

As RA and MOE PM for the Suez Eau France (SEF) team, my mission is to ensure and coordinate the corrective and application maintenance activities for the DECLIC application. I also lead essential upgrade projects to address component obsolescence, while overseeing the services of our outsourced provider, CANON, responsible for digitizing customer correspondence. My role also includes supporting business transformation projects, leveraging necessary evolutions to improve our service. My main responsibilities include analyzing production incidents and coordinating technical teams (TMA, TME) to ensure their effective resolution. As an operational point of contact for the Customer Relations Department, I contribute to the good governance of SEF's information system (IS), particularly regarding GDPR compliance. I also ensure that new DECLIC projects and evolutions align with our overall IS architecture plan. My expertise encompasses overseeing various projects, including software infrastructure upgrades, cloud migration, and the creation of applications for compliant archiving of customer correspondence. I also manage the performance of our TMA provider and ensure DECLIC's operational continuity by overseeing the entire support chain. A diverse technical environment (Windows 10, Oracle, JIRA, ServiceNOW, Azure DevOps) and collaboration with partners such as Webhelp, Armatis, DATAONE, and CANON allow us to optimize the processing of customer requests.

Within BNP Paribas' Group Compliance team, I coordinate and perform corrective maintenance for the CALAS (Compliant And Secure Archiving System) and COSI (Systematic Information Communication to TRACFIN) applications. My role involves leading evolution projects, from drafting specifications to user acceptance and deployment phases. In the daily operation (RUN) of CALAS and COSI applications, I analyze and report production incidents, while coordinating TMA and production teams to ensure effective resolution. I validate corrective solutions in close collaboration with Business units and rigorously monitor application evolutions. Additionally, I provide technical support to users and validate estimates proposed by TMA, while reviewing application security sheets in collaboration with security architects. In project management, I conduct functional and technical studies to understand client needs. I analyze business needs, establish high-level estimates, and set rigorous schedules for each project, from design to post-deployment warranty. I lead and participate in working sessions, and develop robust testing strategies to ensure deliverable quality. I also coordinate communication between different stakeholders to ensure smooth exchanges. The technical environment includes various tools such as Windows 10, Oracle, ASAP, MICA, and versioning and deployment systems like GITLAB, ARA, and Jenkins. I am passionate about managing complex projects and committed to ensuring the effectiveness of technological solutions for compliance.
