    Training Design
    January 2010 - Today (16 years and 5 months)
Designing training is an essential part of the job for me: it combines my experience as a trainer with a creative, analytical, and human perspective. I always start from the idea that each group is unique, and therefore each training must be too.

The process begins with a diagnosis: I listen to the organization, analyze the participant profile, objectives, and context. From there, I design a clear proposal, with relevant content, active methodology, and adapted materials.

I specialize in communication skills, leadership, emotional intelligence, time management, motivation, self-esteem, NLP, and change. I adapt all content to the group and the environment where it will be applied.

I always seek a balance between theory and practice, combining clear explanations with participatory dynamics, exercises, games, visualizations, and pair or group work. I create my own materials, with a careful aesthetic and visual tools that facilitate learning.

I design both face-to-face and online training (synchronous or asynchronous). In each modality, I adapt the pace, format, and resources to ensure the experience is always lively, engaging, and useful.

I can handle the entire process: analysis, design, material creation, facilitation, evaluation, and follow-up. For me, each training is an opportunity to create a space for meaningful, transformative, and purposeful learning.

    Facilitation of Training Experiences
    January 2010 - Today (16 years and 5 months)
Delivering training is not just about transmitting content, but about creating a space where people feel comfortable to learn, share, experiment, and transform. In my more than fourteen years as a trainer, I have supported very diverse groups: professional teams, people in transition, employees seeking career improvement, or individuals simply seeking self-knowledge.

My style is practical, dynamic, and engaging. I adapt to each group and create a climate that fosters participation and lively learning. I combine clear explanations with experiential activities, role-playing, debates, visual exercises, audiovisual resources, and group dynamics. Each session is designed to stimulate reflection, dialogue, and the real-world application of what has been learned.

I deliver face-to-face, online, and asynchronous training. In face-to-face sessions, I pay close attention to group energy and pace management. Online, I use platforms like Zoom or Meet. In asynchronous (Moodle or Classroom), I support the process with tutoring, forums, videos, self-correcting exercises, and reflective prompts.

The topics I cover focus on the development of personal and professional skills: communication, emotional management, leadership, self-esteem, planning, time management, conflict resolution, NLP, or motivation, among others. I also provide certified courses (Consorci, SEPE), subsidized training, and programs for organizations and public administrations.

My goal is always to provoke meaningful and lasting learning. Therefore, rather than just "teaching," I create and sustain a space for shared experience, where knowledge is built from experience, listening, and respect for individual processes.

    Individual and Group Coaching Processes
    January 2012 - Today (14 years and 5 months)
Coaching is a space of listening, clarity, and action for me. I support individuals during moments of transition, searching, change, or decision-making, with a respectful, empathetic, and results-oriented approach. I work based on professional certified coaching (ASESCO) and integrate it with tools from NLP, Emotional Intelligence, Ontology of Language, Hypnosis, and systemic methodologies.

I offer individual coaching processes for people who want to gain clarity, overcome blocks, transform habits, or make personal or professional decisions. Each process is tailored to the individual: their pace, their goal, and their way of navigating change. I work with structure, but with flexibility. I create a safe and honest space, where the important thing is not "doing it right" but exploring from authenticity.

I also facilitate group coaching processes, both face-to-face and online, in small groups. These spaces allow for working on common themes (leadership, communication, organization, self-esteem, blocks, decision-making...) from the richness of shared learning. Each person works on their own objective but benefits from the mirror effect, group support, and the synchronicities that arise. I provide structure, exercises, space for reflection, and support.

My coaching style is engaging, clear, and respectful. I believe in the power of questions, in each person's capacity, and in the value of silence. My role is not to tell people what to do, but to facilitate them in listening to themselves, organizing themselves, rediscovering themselves, and making decisions.

Each process is unique. And for me, each session is an opportunity to sow new understanding, courageous action, or a gesture that makes a difference.
