2017, the big leap! I launched my own business with a clear mission: to help young generations build a career in their image and help SMEs attract, engage, and retain young talent by providing unique insights into new generations. To do this, I support employees 1-on-1 to jointly build a solid professional project. In parallel, I help managers better understand their young talents to bring out the best in them, in terms of engagement, motivation, and performance (yes, all three are linked).

As a lecturer for high school students, my goal goes far beyond transmitting knowledge. I support young people in reflecting on their future, helping them find meaning in their journey and better understand their own aspirations. This experience is a true immersion into the expectations and motivations of new generations. It allows me to: ✔️ Identify their engagement drivers and their needs for recognition and development. ✔️ Understand their concerns about the world of work, particularly their quest for meaning, autonomy, and impact. ✔️ Adapt my approaches in companies to help managers better attract, motivate, and retain these young talents.
