Training application developer, I spent nearly two years in a startup in the medical sector, where I worked on products used in real conditions, in direct contact with the product, design, and business teams.

This experience gave me a very practical approach to development: understanding the need, building reliable solutions, iterating quickly, and delivering truly useful tools.

In parallel with my technical work, I naturally gravitated towards growth and digital communication issues. A project of the moment, at the dawn of AI and its new associated possibilities. After expressing our business needs, Melvyn was able to translate them into technical terms by proposing several options involving varying degrees of tools and thus complexity (to build, use, and maintain). Melvyn then worked autonomously with an initial check-in to validate the chosen direction and compare the deliverable (here, an automation of customer onboarding post-invoicing) with our needs, focusing this time on special cases and exceptions to manage. The final deliverable was submitted on time and immediately launched with a few days of observation to ensure all scenarios were covered, along with an explanatory note to modify/complete the workflow in the chosen tool (here, Make).
