I had to organize the festival from A to Z. As the only employee of the association, I had to recruit and train three civic service volunteers. My main mission was the coordination of the festival, which included: programming, setting up the communication strategy, managing social media (Community Management), developing contracts and administrative follow-up, managing funding applications, welcoming artists, managing accommodation and transport, welcoming the public during concerts, managing volunteers, ticket sales, monitoring partnerships and ticketing, grant applications, implementing cultural activities, etc....

Implementation of artistic projects, development of cultural activities. Production: contracts, funding applications, artist relations. Programming: artistic scouting, negotiation. Communication strategy plan, social media. Grants, audience reception, ticketing management.
