Hello everyone,

For over 8 years in project management in web, marketing or consulting firms, my mission is to design and produce digital devices.

I have supported major accounts in setting up their website or loyalty program, as well as in setting up internal tools to facilitate the daily lives of their employees.

I carry out the framing and implementation of these projects:

During the design phase: I assist clients in defining their needs, I carry out a costing and a realistic planning according to the project, then I lead the business workshops and I write the detailed functional specifications.

During the development phase: I ensure the follow-up of the developments by coordinating the creative and technical teams. I carry out progress points with the client and the development teams in order to guarantee the milestones.

During the testing phase: I assist the client during his tests in order to help him take control of the tool and adjust the last details before the production launch.

Once the tool is online: I carry out the change management by writing procedures, functional and technical guides and by training the teams.
