As part of a three-month solo trip to Southeast Asia, I spent two weeks volunteering at Earth Heir in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Founded and led by Malaysian women, Earth Heir® is a social enterprise certified B Corp and recognized by the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO).

It works with local artisans to create handmade crafts and gifts (bags, jewelry, accessories, decor, etc.).

▪️ Conducted market research and developed design proposals integrated into product mockups (prototypes), considering Malaysian market trends.

▪️ Created product descriptions for online listing on the website.

▪️ Organized and executed professional product photoshoots using a light box.

▪️ Integrated into an English-speaking team, demonstrating adaptability and intercultural communication skills.

The Circle is a high-end women's network founded by Laura Lesueur, an engaged entrepreneur and creator of the Legend Ladies podcast. The club offers a premium program of physical and digital events for ambitious and committed women.

👉 Role: overall management of communication, marketing, business development, partnerships, and event projects.

▪ Business development & growth: active contribution to defining and deploying the network's growth strategies (economic model structuring, offering evolution, content and event monetization).

Results: 50 new members acquired

▪ Strategic partnership development: prospecting, negotiation, and management of B2B collaborations with media, renowned speakers, and premium brands (Dior, Sisley, Revolut, VivaTech, Guerlain…).

Result: 20 partnerships concluded.

▪ Communication & Marketing Strategy: design and deployment of a multi-channel content strategy (social media, newsletters, interviews, advertising campaigns) aimed at strengthening brand awareness and community engagement.

Result: +1,500 followers on the new LinkedIn page in 8 months.

▪ Event organization and management (360°): conception, production, and coordination of events (venue selection, logistics, guest and partner relations, service providers), as well as management of pre- and post-event communications.

Example: organization of the Legend Ladies Night at Philanthro-Lab (Paris), bringing together 150 influential and inspiring women.

▪ Legend Ladies Podcast: interviews with public and institutional figures (Élisabeth Borne, Yaël Braun-Pivet, Aurore Bergé, Caroline Vigneaux…)
