Implementation of processes: Temporary to permanent conversion, establishment of a reporting file for external recruitment, liaison with temporary employment agencies, disciplinary procedures, employee onboarding, integration of company values, BDES.

Managerial support: Updating job descriptions, legal HR aspects, HR routines and information.

Monitoring of outgoing and incoming employee flows and support functions. (Scope of 600 people and 17 managers)

- Legal and Social: Drafting disciplinary letters, conducting disciplinary and corrective interviews.

- HR Reporting: Monitoring managerial training, monitoring HR indicators (reporting on professional equality declaration, monitoring professional and annual reviews, talent reviews, monitoring employee representative delegation hours, etc.).

- Recruitment: Interviews for internal and external recruitment, managing mobility, ensuring smooth employee integration.

- Payroll: Payroll monitoring and control with the payroll department.

- Support for managers on HR issues and HR aspects to be deployed within the structure.

- Responding to employee HR queries.

- Disability: Recruitment and maintenance in employment.
