• • Updating and ensuring the reliability of HR databases and workforce monitoring tables.

• • Daily operational support to the HR team and information relay to managers and employees.

• • Ensuring the confidentiality of personal data (GDPR) and internal procedures.

• • Professional physical and telephone reception of candidates, ensuring a quality candidate experience.

• • Registration, qualification, and evaluation of profiles according to the needs of client companies (temporary, fixed-term, permanent contracts).

• • Strategic sourcing of profiles from CV databases and internal databases (Adecco, Indeed, Pôle Emploi).

• • Rigorous administrative management of candidate files (supporting documents, mission contracts...).

• • Proactive proposal and follow-up of applications with partner companies; regular follow-ups and reporting.
