I recently held the position of Commercial Development Manager at Cerfrance Alliance Centre, where I trained over 300 employees on a new commercial offering and a CRM system. My role involved managing strategic projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, legal, social, payroll, consulting), and supporting VSEs/SMEs in their digital transition.
