Managed indirect procurement (services, maintenance, engineering) for a 1000+ staff site. Negotiated strategic Opex contracts (€45M) and Capex investments (>€1M). Controlling the performance of suppliers. Implemented EcoVadis platform to assess and drive supplier sustainability performance.
