Responsible for the recruitment of 80 people in 3 years (workforce x3):

- Implementation of the recruitment process;

- Close collaboration with the EXCOM, Corporate HR (international), managers;

- Creation of KPI & Reporting;

- Development of events, school relations, links with Pôle Emploi, Cap Emploi, APEC, the Region, recruitment firms (international);

- Strengthening the employer brand in collaboration with the Marketing department;

- Creation of the integration process;

- Implementation of ATS (Blackdot) Key User SAP SuccessFactors: Implementation of the Employee Central module for France, Go-Live on schedule; Construction of the Time Management module

- Management of 15 internal mobility

- Implementation of teleworking

Training: plan development, search for funding, OPCO relations

Payroll & personnel administration supervision. Annual salary review process: manager training, budget simulations with EXCOM...
