- Personnel administration management: drafting employment contracts/amendments, tracking deadlines, transmitting variable payroll data, managing disciplinary files,

- Career management: job description creation, mandatory performance reviews, analysis of training needs and development of the skills development plan, budget optimization

- HR Strategy Management: support and advice to executives and managers on social law, HR data management, HRIS implementation, alert on psycho-social risks

SaaS software publisher in local digital marketing. From 40 to 120 employees in France and internationally (Spain, Italy, Portugal).

- Recruitment: developer, marketing, accounting profiles. Job postings, pre-selection, interviews.

- Employer Branding: managing the careers page, employee onboarding process, school relations (job fairs, open days), meetups, managing the site's animation committee.

- Training: managing the training plan.

- Workforce Planning (GPEC): advising managers and analyzing annual and professional interviews, proposing training catalogs.

- Employee Representation: negotiating company agreements (profit-sharing, annualized working time, professional equality), BDES, preparing and co-leading meetings.

- HR Dashboards: social report, creation of HR indicators and analysis, job classification.

- Personnel Administration and Payroll: employee files from hiring to departure, transmitting payroll variables to various social security offices (France and international).
