With 10 years of experience in operational and strategic missions within a design start-up in a hyper-growth context, then in an organizational and management consulting firm for SMEs and large groups, I support my clients from the strategic thinking of a transformation project to its operational implementation.

I intervene as temporary support for urgent needs or as a project manager for longer-term projects.

When faced with a new subject, I dive deep, enjoying immersing myself in field operations to then return to an overall view.
