Nurole is a recruitment platform for board members of companies and associations. We develop SaaS products in B2B (for our clients) and B2C (for our members). We are a closed network, meaning you cannot see our tools unless you are a qualified potential member to apply for a board position. Only our marketing website is open to anyone without needing an account.

I was the first designer at Nurole for almost 3 years, creating the function from scratch, developing a UI kit, creating a graphic language and design principles for marketing and also all our digital content. I worked end-to-end on all B2B/B2C SaaS platforms (Member, Client, interview scheduling tools, internal admin, and marketing website). I grew the team in 2022 and thus became a manager and my role became increasingly strategic at Nurole.

Nurole's platform has a CSat of 4.8, which is the highest CSat for our member journeys. I contributed to increasing revenue by completely redesigning the marketing website and developing the new brand image in 2021, but I also contributed to the growth of our member base from 40,000 to over 80,000 now.
