As part of a consulting mission, I assisted in optimizing pedagogical and administrative tracking tools. I designed and automated Excel files to ensure data reliability and improve efficiency. This intervention helped improve internal processes and facilitate the management of training activities.

I supported a training organization in its preparation for the Qualiopi audit. My intervention involved analyzing gaps, structuring processes, and bringing the required documents into compliance. Thanks to this support, the organization was able to approach the audit with confidence and obtain validation in accordance with quality requirements.

For several years, I have been delivering training on certified programs to various audiences (career changers, job seekers, professionals). I designed and adapted educational content according to standards and needs. I conducted training both in-person and remotely, promoting active pedagogy and individualized support to maximize learner engagement and success.
