Development of graphic materials for FLG Thermie.

In charge of Marketing Operations and the company reporting software. Hénaff is a family company selling canned food. It is well established on international markets (USDA Norms, Food for the NASA) My role was to promote Henaff products in supermarkets and help the field managers to sell. The reporting system helped me develop part of the strategy and follow the field managers KPi's. Marketing Missions Project Management: Promoting Hénaff products through a Trade Marketing action plan including the implementation of operations (Highlight, POS displays, promotions, discount vouchers) and a strategic vision for year N+1 in line with the marketing strategy and commercial objectives. Commercial Missions Management and negotiations around the annual budget for Trade Marketing and the HRI sector. Constant communication with field teams (sales managers, category managers): Presentations, training, and responses to specific requests (sales materials, price lists, market share/price analyses). Overall management of the commercial reporting software: product range monitoring, DN/PDL query creation, various analyses, sales force objective tracking). Administrative Missions: Monitoring and management of POS display stocks. Proposal of commercial materials for the HRI sector. Occasional English translations. Management Missions: Supervision and training of interns. Management of cross-functional projects.
