Mélanie Chatelain

I have over 15 years of experience in communication agencies, first as a graphic designer evolving to the position of Senior Art Director, in agencies in Paris, then in Provence where I became the right-hand person to the agency director. I have worked for major international groups such as L'Oreal, Dim, Labeyrie, as well as for small SMEs, real estate agencies & artisans.

With the ambition and passion that drives me in this profession, I opened my micro-enterprise in 2016 to be able to support my clients in all their communication needs.

My expertise is structured around 4 main areas:

• print & web graphic design

• digital marketing & community management

• website & e-commerce creation

Today, I mainly work for professionals whom I support in the development of their business.

In particular, I implemented a complete communication strategy for a client who was opening a guesthouse. This included creating their brand identity, logo, business cards, flyers, and signage, as well as developing their digital presence with a website and an online booking tool, and creating company pages on social networks.

I also assisted Larissa, a textile design client, in launching her ethnic lingerie brand and continue to create new collections with her, and soon, launch her e-commerce site.

Creative and passionate, I give 200% to everything I undertake, whether it's a unique project or supporting a client or agency to grow their business over the years.
