As a freelance ergonomist specializing in workstation and work situation adaptation, across all sectors, as well as ergonomics training, I assist Human Resources managers and all prevention stakeholders in adapting workstations and implementing remote work.

I enable them, on one hand, to meet the employer's health and safety obligations and challenges, but also to sustainably improve the quality of working life.

Through specific diagnostics for work situations, I develop recommendations tailored to the expectations of those who refer and the needs of employees.

Beyond my technical and project management skills, I have developed an interest in training (training-action, awareness-raising) and transmitting the knowledge and skills of an ergonomist, within companies concerned with raising their management's awareness of the concepts of transformation and improvement of working conditions, prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders, Psychosocial Risks, and the promotion of well-being at work.

Through specific diagnostics for work situations, I formulate recommendations tailored to employee needs, and in partnership with occupational physicians, I develop workstation adaptation solutions, particularly for recognized disabled workers, to enable them to maintain their employment.

Beyond my technical skills as an ergonomist and project manager, I have developed an interest in training (training-action, awareness-raising) and transmitting the knowledge and skills of an ergonomist, within the CESI group, which is keen on raising its HSE students' awareness of the concepts of transformation and improvement of working conditions, prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders, Psychosocial Risks, and the promotion of well-being at work.
