Originally a mechanical locksmith and engineer, my professional journey began in the mid-nineties. During my first employment as a designer at a service provider, I decided to focus on what I enjoyed most: taking responsibility, which appealed to me even then, and customer contact, which I found enriching. That's what drives me to this day.

- The product development process needs adjustment! Project managers are creative, both positively and negatively. I bring people, processes, and systems into harmony. At a medium-sized industrial company, I defined the entire product development process and mapped it in custom-developed software.

- In classic interim management, flexibility is required to quickly identify with customer needs and integrate into existing processes. I have proven this in many assignments, whether as a line manager, program manager, or manager for industrialization and cost reduction.

Through interim management, I have been able to rapidly develop my experience and knowledge. In this way, I contribute and make my knowledge available to interested companies.

As part of my role at Laempe Mössner Sinto GmbH, I was deployed directly on-site at the BMW plant, where I was responsible for coordinating the PLC department and leading the project for the Linescanner work package. My initial focus was on conducting a comprehensive status analysis and identifying potential improvements, which were then systematically implemented.

To ensure structured project control and full transparency, I introduced our internally developed project management tool, the PROJEKTERFOLG Database. In parallel, I implemented agile working methods such as Kanban boards, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews, significantly increasing team efficiency and responsiveness.

A key part of my role involved resource planning, particularly the scheduling of all activities and ensuring the availability of on-site resources within the BMW facility. I also managed communication with BMW management to maintain continuous alignment and reporting.

Specifically for the Linescanner work package, I developed a tightly sequenced milestone plan based on the technical specifications. All tasks were clearly defined, time-assessed, and mapped within the PROJEKTERFOLG Database. Milestone approvals followed the PROJEKTERFOLG Framework and were granted by a designated decision-making body. In addition, I created a detailed target achievement forecast, aligning resource capacity with expected project workload.
