I intervene in Product/Tech organizations where delivery is not up to par, where trade-offs become unclear, and where dependencies hinder execution.

In recent years, I have held roles as Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, and Transition Manager in demanding contexts.

- At DigitRE, the release frequency increased from once a month to once a week within 12 months.

- At Rakuten, incidents were halved in the Kobo scope, and 2 leads were promoted.

- At Adevinta, I supported a team on a critical product in an environment with over 1.5 billion monthly visits.

- At Comwatt, I structured the technical and product departments (implementing work methodologies, recruiting teams, etc.).

More recently, at SADA Assurances, I was involved in structuring the Product/Tech organization, governance, KPI/OKR-driven management, and securing delivery.

Today, I focus primarily on four areas:

→ Product / Tech / Business alignment

→ Bringing delivery back under control

→ Clarifying roles, responsibilities, and governance

→ Developing team autonomy

I also integrate AI into Product/Tech practices: prompt engineering, BMAD methodologies, spec-driven development, and LLM-assisted product scoping. My goal is not to add AI for the sake of trends, but to make it a concrete lever for clarity, alignment, and execution for the teams.

I am also exploring local and hybrid LLM architectures to better manage cost, confidentiality, sovereignty, and integration into engineering workflows.

I am open to roles as Engineering Manager, Head of Engineering, and for Product/Tech transformation missions, particularly in contexts where delivery, governance, and team autonomy need to be brought back under control.
