Development and presentation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to security management (CISO) and executive bodies (C-Level). Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and alignment with BNP Paribas Group security directives.

Operational steering and governance of a cyber program dedicated to securing communication infrastructures and managing internet traffic within the Cybersecurity department. Management of technical and methodological initiatives aimed at strengthening the group's perimeter security: supervision of filtering policies, management and hardening of Firewall architectures, and optimization of traffic opening processes. Coordination of project committees, milestone tracking, management of technological risks, and constant interface between network production teams and IT security experts.

Steering the project portfolio and RUN (IT maintenance) activities for the Finance department. Ensuring budget governance through consolidation, monitoring, and financial optimization of maintenance and project budgets. Driving IT compliance and internal control by collecting and structuring evidence for regulatory audits. Formalizing and continuously improving project management practices within the department for project directors and team leaders according to group standards. Designing advanced dashboards and activity reports for management.
