After 10 years of employment in international scopes of large French groups, I am now an independent consultant working with these types of structures on consolidation and controlling assignments (Clients: Suez, Veolia, Dassault Systèmes, ADP…)

Financial controller for the Latin America zone (€900 million in turnover). Monthly closings, preparation of budgets and long-term plans, monitoring and analysis of activity and variances, monitoring of performance indicators and support for management decisions (investment opportunities, financing…), training, support for local CFOs, liaison with various financial teams (consolidation, treasury, accounting), carrying out various analyses and studies at the request of the Group's Financial Department.

Consolidation department. Responsible for specific transversal issues (AFS, investments, production and indicator analysis, risk provisions…), contribution to notes to the financial statements and other analyses (analytical review of the P&L, fixed assets). Also responsible for the Group's Registration Document (in tandem with the Group's Accounting Director). Responsible for Spain, Scandinavia, UK, and Mexico.
